Expand System

At this point in the process the client should analyze over whatever time is necessary if the current digital signage system is providing the expected ROI. This could be a measure of increased sales in a certain area of a retail store or in plant communications this could be measured by employee moral based on how the signage is keeping them informed. After the ROI has been considered look at ways to improve the system. If it was just a pilot system at one location this might mean implementing more digital signage players at new locations. If this were an install that would benefit from further add-ons to the system like live streaming television to get more eyes on the displays then it is time to consider that. The end goal is to get the right message in the right place at the right time.
